Jenna Norcia

Resident Instructor

In addition to a love of food cultivated from her Italian upbringing, Jenna has a passion and expertise for preparing children to lead a successful and happy life.

​

A native of northeast Ohio, Jenna obtained her undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Dayton as well as a master's degree in School Counseling from John Carroll University. She has spent the majority of her career in public school districts working with children on subjects such as problem-solving, organizational skills, emotional regulation, and overcoming many of the day-to-day challenges that kids face. She possesses a unique ability to understand and empathize with children from various backgrounds.

Jenna combines her professional experience with a deep knowledge of cooking to deliver a well-rounded and dynamic experience for youngstirs. And she's a ton of fun, too!

Charlie Denk

Charlie is the creator of Stir Studio Kitchen, a culinary instruction business and "parent company" of Youngstirs. (see what we did there?)

​

While Charlie spends most of his time behind the scenes, he still loves to instruct classes and connect with youngstirs in the studios. The organizations he manages have collectively held over 3,000 cooking classes for more than 40,000 guests. He's obsessed with quality, value, and customer experience. With the help of a talented team, those values permeate throughout the entire Youngstirs brand.

Favorite thing to cook: "Oh gosh, hmmmmm. Anything Indian!"
